June M. Trznadel

June Marie Trznadel, 94, of Algonquin, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022 with her family at her side. She was born on June 11, 1928 in Chicago to Jesse and Elsie (O’Hara) Brandolf. She was raised by her grandparents after the loss of her mother and father in 1932 and 1933. In 1948, June married Lloyd Trznadel and together, they raised five children; Kathleen, Patricia, Bonnie, Lloyd J. “Joseph” Jr., and Paul. June and Lloyd enjoyed visiting extended family in New York with their children, then later loved wintering in Jensen Beach, Fl. She became a CNA at Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights after raising her children, and later went on to be an antique dealer for 35 years. She will be remembered for her love of family and her artistic abilities. June was a gifted quilter who made beautiful quilts for her family. She loved working on genealogy, as well as reading both classic and historical novels, and learning about local and world events. June had a wonderful sense of humor and will be missed by all who knew her. June is survived by her children, Kathleen MacKinnon, Patricia Trznadel, Joseph (Lisa) Trznadel, and Paul (Michelle) Trznadel; grandchildren, Matthew, Shannon (LJ), Sara (Drew), Mychal, Conner, Shelby (Kevin), Jessica, Samantha (Jonathan), and Amanda; and great-grandchildren, Saida, Makenza, Emberlyn, Kayden, and Peyton June. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; her parents; daughter, Bonnie, who was June’s caretaker for many years; and granddaughter, Sarah. A Visitation for June will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Matz Mt. Prospect Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Rand Road, Mt. Prospect from 3-6pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 11am at St. Cecelia Catholic Church, 700 S Meier Rd, Mt Prospect. Interment will be held immediately following Mass at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N River Road, Des Plaines. Bonnie C. Bonnie C. Trznadel, 61, of Crystal Lake, passed away on November 28, 2021, in Crystal Lake. She was born on September 3, 1960 to Lloyd and June (Brandolf) Trznadel. Bonnie graduated college with a degree in Early Childhood Development and continued her pursuit of a law degree. Bonnie worked with developmentally disabled children. She was the heart of the family and a joy to be around. She spent the last years of her life caring for her mother. She lived a life of kindness, generosity, and selflessness. She will be forever in our hearts and missed by all who knew her. Bonnie is survived by her siblings, Kathleen MacKinnon, Patricia Trznadel, Joseph (Lisa) Trznadel, and Paul (Michelle) Trznadel; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Lloyd; and her niece, Sarah. A Visitation for Bonnie will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Matz Mt. Prospect Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Rand Road, Mt. Prospect from 3-6pm
