Riportella, age 80; beloved husband of the late Denise; loving father of John (Edie), Stephen (Deanne), Paul (Linda), Gina (Richard) and Daniel; cherished grandfather of John, Kayla, Mitchell, Samuel, Kassidy, Abigail, Jake, Alec, Anthony, Sophia, Danielle and Nicholas; proud great-grandfather of Giana; dear brother of Maria Di Miceli and the late Frederick Riportella; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Tues., July 28, 2020, 8:30 - 10:30 am at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect. Prayers 10:30 am to St. Emily Church. Mass 11:00 am. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association appreciated.
