Michael Patrick Piet, age 25, late of Phoenix AZ formerly of Arlington Heights, IL passed away September 09, 2021. Beloved son of William and Donna (nee Smith) Piet. Loving brother of Annie Jo Piet. Cherished godson of Diane (Chris) Suffield and Jim (Gayla) Smith. Beloved nephew of numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Proud grandson of the late Fred and Fran Piet and Eddie and Rosie Smith. Favorite nephew of the late Uncle Spell. Michael was dedicated to sports including football and baseball. Michael was a wide receiver and was known for being a left handed pitcher. He was also an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with many many friends. He was a wonderful big brother to his little sister Annie.   Visitation will be on Friday September 24, 2021 from 3pm-8pm at Matz Funeral and Cremation Services Mount Prospect Chapel Funeral Mass will be on Saturday September 25, 2021 at 12 noon at St. James Catholic Church.
