Vlazny, age 97; beloved daughter of the late John and Hattie Vlazny; loving step-daughter of the late Marie Vlazny; fond sister of Archbishop John Vlazny, bishop emeritus of Portland, Oregon and Marion (Dennis) Carroll; proud aunt of Michael (Carol), Matthew (Kelly) and Stephen (Jennifer) Carroll; great-aunt of 5. Visitation Thurs., Oct.5, 2017,10:00 AM until time of mass 11:00 AM at St. Emily Church, 1400 E. Central Rd., Mt. Prospect. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the seminaries of the Chicago Archdiocese appreciated.
