Beloved husband of the late Wanda, nee Holubecki; loving father of Chris (Gretchen), Ted (Lee), Mark (Deborah) and Lily (Craig) Chapa; loving dziadziu of Austin, Elliott, Evan, Justin (Jillian), Jason (Allison), Jonathan, Ethan, Aaron, Alexander, Elizabeth and Phillip; dear brother of Zenon and the late Irene Cudak. Visitation Friday, May 6, 2016 from 3-9pm at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Road, Mount Prospect. Lying in state Saturday 9am until time of Mass 10am at St. Thomas Becket Church, 1321 Burning Bush Lane, Mount Prospect. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
