Henry L. Barth, age 88, Korean War US Army veteran; beloved husband of the late Christine; loving father of Renee Betke and Diane (John) Kotula; cherished grandfather of Lauren (Loren) Egeland, Chandler Betke, Jarrett Betke and Natalie Kotula. Visitation Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 9 am until time of funeral prayers 11 am at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect proceeding to St. Emily Church for 11:30 am Mass. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Henry was a devoted father and family was his priority. He was also an avid golfer and a man of incredible strength, will, and character. Memorials to Rainbow Hospice or National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation appreciated.
