German Rubio, age 79, of Niles, IL. Beloved husband of Blanca Rubio; loving father of Norma Rubio (Alfredo Vasquez) and Luis Rubio(Neida Andrade); Grandfather to Jackeline, Thalia, Priscila and Paulina; Great-Grandfather to Kailani and Naidan. German was born in Ecuador to his parents Virgilio Rubio and Teresa Luzuriaga. He immigrated to the States and raised his family. He became a United States Citizen, which he was very proud of. He was a long time employee of Orval Kent Foods. He was a loving kind individual, very proud and caring to his family. A good reliable friend to all who knew him.
